Natural Health Expos have been an annual event in Hamilton and Cambridge for over 10 years.
An inviting range of natural health options under one roof, with seminars and events, creates an opportunity for the public to become informed in a professional but informal setting. Without the obligation of appointments you can meet with up to 70 professional health practitioners under one roof. Sample their products and services, ask questions, and discuss whether this might be right for you.

In this safe environment those who are not familiar with natural health concepts feel welcome to browse and ask questions of exhibitors, without the commitment of appointments and fees. You can expect down to earth sensible advice form professional practitioners.
A very caring and nurturing environment develops, unique to our expos. Many people stay all day feeling fed and healed just being there.

Seminars
Seminars are held throughout the day and are generally 1 hour long. They are usually held by the Exhibitors. They are free, unless otherwise specified, and you are free to come and go from the show, once your door fee has been paid for the day. At each show the seminars and events will vary and are posted on the website as soon as they are available.
Meet your organizer
 Claire Jensen, Expo Director for twelve years, first experienced expos as an exhibitor at a South Island expo. Her own business as a natural therapies practitioner included a little known modality. Impressed by the effectiveness of face to face promotion she continued to exhibit at that annual event developing considerable success in the region.
In Hamilton and more recently in Thames, she continues to be a natural therapies practitioner. You will see her promotional material for her practice in hypnotherapy,emotional freedom technique (EFT) massage Laughter Club and Holistic Pulsing at the Natural Health Expos.
