Hamilton Gardens Pavilion
The Natural Health Expo has been a successful Waikato event since 1996, and has recently expanded to the Bay of Plenty. Thank you for exploring its possibilities for you to present yourself to the public. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any enquiries.
Natural health is a rapidly growing industry and the Natural Health Expo promotes a broad range of healing options and healthy lifestyle values and services. These are displayed and demonstrated by practitioners, community groups and businesses. This powerful event promotes and energises the whole natural health community.
We encourage the curiosity of people who have little or no experience of the natural health field. Here the public can experience you, your product and you information without the commitment of an appointment time.
Bringing up to 100 exhibitors under one roof gives people a safe opportunity to browse, question and experience.
Testimonials
I would like to thank you both for a wonderful weekend at Cambridge. Your expo was certainly the best organized and best promoted, compared with the other similar events I have attended. This was reflected by the large number of visitors, for a small town like Cambridge that attended, which in turn was a very satisfactory weekend for myself. I look forward to being an exhibitor in future shows. Mike Maran. Graphologist
I had a marvelous time, we generated real interest in Vibrosaun. Thank you. I will see you at the Hamilton show. Sharon Dickison, Vibrosaun
The advertising and so on certainly worked, as I had a lot of good feed back about this from those I saw. I noticed a shift in energies at this years expo, and it was beautiful, so well done and thank you both, as that is where it stemmed from. Ellen. Reader

Let's walk our talk!
How to get the most out of your
Natural Health Expo Experience.
Handy Hints-
Try not to eat or drink on your stand.
Stand to talk to customers.
SMILE.
Say hello to everyone: it is an invitation for them to stop and view your stand.
Decorate: Use bright but simple colours and not too many.
Use props: but keep it simple, i.e. flowers or pot plants
Theme your stand. Use clear, professional signs.
Use a backdrop, our screens are unbleached calico, you may want to drape them with something more colourful.
Drape tables to the floor. Then you can keep handbags, extra stock etc cleared out of site.
If you are selling product, display is essential. Use steps to allow different levels, these can be made simply by using a small length of wood, using tin cans or blocks to lift.
Have brouchers, business cards, etc for customers to take away with them.
Power: if you need power bring extension leads and power boxes.
Good relations with your neighbours can be very important. Introduce yourself. Keep within your site, this includes noise. Together, we are a community developing a common theme of unity. Let’s walk our talk!
If you have staff, have them dress the same, you’ll stand out as a team.
If your stand is going to attract ongoing clients, a statement that you are local or where your practice is located, might help
Ensure that you have everything you might possibly need. Write out a check list, see below.
Parking: Keeping car parks close to the venue free encourages the public to attend. When you’ve finished unloading please park your car a reasonable distance away.
Follow up all leads immediately after show.
